Career Affinity doesn't free you from challenges and problems.
Affinity indicates that there is a market for you and have a better and higher chance of getting success.
However, success is never free from problems or issues. In fact, there won't be a success without failure.
In order to speed up the process of success, you must be willing to invest in yourself.
Invest to learn and so you could give more value.
Invest to learn more so you could solve more problems.
