Have you seen Under Armour's commercial with Michael Phelps?

To this day, every scene gives me goosebumps.

It differentiates a mediocre from the GREAT.

What do you do in your free time?

What do you do when you are sick and tired of where you are?

What do you do when no one is watching?

Not all are aware of the key process.

In an era where everything is instant, everyone assumes wealth will come if you wait; or, everything great in the past will come back naturally.

Lazy to face the fact that consistent action and moving forward is the way to create a great life.

As we officially enter into the energies of 2021, some may continue to retreat due to the adversity that 2020 has brought us.

Instead, keep chasing those goals even when no one is watching.

Keep chasing even if you think no one cares.
