Achieving Happiness

Happiness comes from the most unlikely places...solving problems.

Think about it. When was the last time you were genuinely happy? In spite of any fuck-ups, it couldn't bring you down because of this unwavering joy.

Wasn't it from a point where past sacrifices and pain made it all worth it? A precise feeling of self-validation, 'You made the right decisions. You did a good job. You are great at what you do, etc.'

Mark Manson said, "Happiness comes from solving problems. The keyword here is “solving.” If you’re avoiding your problems or feel like you don’t have any problems, then you’re going to make yourself miserable."

Qi Men Dun Jia, a tool for problem-solving and risk management, has been used by emperors and other powerful people to manage and seek strategic solutions. Suffice it to say, Qi Men Dun Jia is enough proof that problems will never just dissipate. Problems are part of life.

Therefore, stop chasing a life without problems. Instead, create a life where you enjoy what you do and the problems that come with it.
